Though there are a lot of ways to deal with stress as already mentioned. Here are some ways with which I effectively deal with my daily stress:
1. Meditate regularly without fail.
2. Indulge yourself in aromatherapy every now and then, doesn't need to be the expensive spas, you can always try out the DIY aromatherapy. You can buy home fragrance products online as well. I buy mine from Cycle Pure's website.
3. Listen to soothing music.
4. Sometimes you should give yourself some "me" time!
